Have CCM ver 4.1 up with Servicability tool open. Today, when I go to Trace Config, select my PUB, select CCM service, then get to Trace Config window - all my filer settings are GREYED OUT. They are still there, just cant select or deselect anything. Status is Ready. Subscriber is fine, just PUB is greyed out. Never seen this before.

Hi, forgot to tell you I'm new at CCM..yes, the trace on radio button is ck'd but greyed of course.
I see in Trace Analysis that several SDL files got deposited today, as well as one SDI trace file >> (this am, CDT time)
Where else would I look? Still greyed out this afternoon. thx.

In working with him direct the issues ended up being that "Troubleshooting Traces" had been enable by TAC therefore locking out any changes to the trace configuration page. Once this was disabled normal operation was restored.
