CCX historical reporting (chat logs??) can it be done from a supervisor machine?

i am not getting much traction and may not be asking the correct questions, but if i have two users chatting with the client software (cisco) and the chat logs are created on their respective pc's. can a supervisor or ccx historical report get to these from a pc other than theirs? I know it can be done just not sure how?

In order to view the chat logs, you can go to C:\Program Files or Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Desktop\log\transcripts folder on the desktop for the parties involved in chat.
 
 
Note: You will be able to open the above path only if you have closed the Cisco Agent Desktop or Cisco Supervisor Desktop completely.

 

By default chat history is only saved for the last 7 days.
