CDR & CMR REPORT in Prime collaboration no data available

hi all,

i ve implemented Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance small in demo license.

i thought i have setting everything need already.

all device already manage and discover.

but when i try to generate CDR&CMR report still no data available,

what the problem might?

please help me
