Callmanager version is 7.0. The CDR is getting generated in CUCM but its not getting pushed into the SFTP server. It gets pushed only when the services like CDR Repository and CDR Agent is restarted. After that it again gets hanged soon and the services has to be restarted again. this was working fine before but now this issue has started. Please suggest a solution.

1) Log into CUCM Admin
2) Go to Application > Plugins. Download and install "RealTime Monitoring Tool -Windows" (RTMT).
3) Run RTMT and log in.
4) Trace & Log Central > Collect Files. Find "CDR Repository Manager"

Restart of CUCM always helps.
