CDR Report - Error 10021

I'm attempting to run a report from the CDR > Search > By Gateway section in CUCM 7.1.5, however when I run it, I get "Error 10021 -

There are no matching records". The problem only happens with one gateway, I'm able to run the report correctly for others.

I've tried the solutions at

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080933fcf.shtml with no success.

I've also tried specifing a large date range to make sure there would actually be data returned.

Any ideas?
