Is there a way to get reports from CDR that can go back a year?

No, the maximum time information will be kept is 180 days, if you need to keep information for longer than that, you need a CDR billing server to keep it, and then process it as required.

Maximum time is 180 days and default is 60 days.
If you need to keep information for longer than that, you need CDR billing solutions.
