CDR reports unavailable

Unable to fetch CDR reports from CUCM serviceability > Error : 10021

 

Last latest records shows available until Jan 17. Verified Processed/preserved  records from CLI output. Folders are available till Jan month, but latest CDR/CMR records folders are seen in TMP folder.

file list activelog /cm/cdr_repository/TMP

The CDR services in all cluster nodes are running, no exceptions were found. Any suggestions or a service restart would help to address the missing data.

I'm also seeing below disconnection error for CDR repository logs:
