Hi.
I have CUCM 6.1.1 and the CDRs suddenly stopped giving me records.
I've restarted the appropriate services but still nothing.
I have records till a date but then nothing. Also nothing is changed to the CUCM.
I've got CUCM Pub and CUCM Sub.

In CDR Analysis and Reporting to to System > Scheduler > CDR Load. Make sure "Disable Loader" is unchecked and "Continuous Loading 24/7" is checked.

What you said was previously also checked.
I left the problen unsolved as it is an unsupported version nowadays.
