CDR via Syslog

We have a customer who is trying to get our application working with their CME.  They say they have configured the Cisco and we have helped install and configure Kiwi Syslog utility on the PC where we need the output.

However the Syslog only seems to contain entries like this; (I've replaced part of the phone numbers with ?)

2011-05-09 15:26:18 UTC,Local7.Info,10.17.11.5,57348: 3856756: May  9 15:24:40.203: %ISDN-6-CONNECT: Interface Serial0/0/0:9 is now connected to 01384?????? N/A
2011-05-09 15:26:24 UTC,Local7.Info,10.17.11.5,"57349: 3856875: May  9 15:24:46.523: %ISDN-6-DISCONNECT: Interface Serial0/0/0:9  disconnected from 01384?????? , call lasted 6 seconds"

and we are looking for entries like this;

Jun 18 11:15:02.867: %VOIPAAA-5-VOIP_CALL_HISTORY: CallLegType 1, ConnectionId BA55719E
F8C10015 0 1B1E08, SetupTime 11:14:39.367 UTC Mon
Jun 18 2001, PeerAddress 68575, PeerSubAddress , DisconnectCause 10  , DisconnectText
normal call clearing., ConnectTime 11:14:49.707 UTC Mon

Examples from other sites we work at, seem to have a combination of both of the above but our product requires the latter in order to interpret the call records.

Any suggestions as to what might be wrong would be most welcome.

     From memory the config is missing the command:-

     gw-accounting syslog

     Have a look at this document if you need more guidance.

I'm told the following commands have been sent to the router and this seem to include the one you said might be missing.

aaa accounting connection h323

action-type start-stop

group radius

gw-accounting syslog

gw-accounting file

primary ftp ccb-elephant:22/c/:/ftproot/ccblogs username ccb password 7 141411109

acct-template callhistory-detail

maximum retry-count 5

maximum fileclose-timer 1080

maximum cdrflush-timer 1070

cdr-fromat compact

logging 10.17.*.*

Do you have any other ideas as to why we would get some but not all output?  So far as I'm aware the instructions covered via the link you sent me have already been tried.

Is there anything in the above that would stop it working?
