CER 7 SNMP Switch port phone tracking

I have configured the snmp community strings and the switch ip in CER for Phone tracking. After running switch-port & phone update I am not able to see the switch under ERl membership Switch ports. How can I correct this issue? CER Log tracking below:

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Emanuel,

SSH to the CER server, and run the following command : 'utils snmp get 2c 172.5.117.125 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0'

Example : if the SNMP community string is test, the command would be utils snmp get 2c test 172.5.117.125 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0

Check if you get the output of '1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.564' (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cer/7_1_1/english/release/notes/cer_711.html#wp104761)

Also check if you can ping the switch from the CER server (utils network ping 172.5.117.125).

From the switch perspective, check if the community string is configured exactly how it is done on CER (snmp-server community test RO)
