Hi,
Is ther a way to customize the email template used by CER (Cisco Emergency Reponder) to send email Alerts on an event of a 911 call.
Also The field Display Name which I think refers to the caller Display Name is empty, see example below:
EMERGENCY CALL DETAILS (Generated by CiscoER) Caller Extension : 2243 Display Name :
Zone/ERL : DO
Location : District Office
Port Description : District Office
Call Time : November 9, 2015 8:52:32 AM PST
How do I make it display the caller's Display Name ?
Thanks
Aomar.

Hi Aomar,
It seems that this is not supported yet as per the following bug
https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCub80205/?reffering_site=dumpcr
The bug says fixed but does not have any real fixed version listed, you may check with TAC for any roadmap or additional details.

I was able to fix this issue. The display name that CER is expecting from CUCM is the ASCII Display Name.
Thanks.

Aomar,
Can you share how to accomplish the Display Name information on email notification template?
Thanks,

Hi Dat,
All what you need to do is to make sure that on CUCM for each phone Line the ASCII Display Name field is correctly configured with the user's full name.
Also make sure that your CER version is 9 or above.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Aomar.
