CER not tracking phones in CUCM after upgrade from 10.0 to 10.5

Hello everyone,

Yesterday we upgraded from CER 10.0 to 10.5 and now CER isn't tracking our phones configured in CUCM.  The configuration for CUCM cluster is unchanged, tested AXL connection and it's working, network connectivity appears to be ok to all UCM servers too.  We have rebooted the CER Publisher as well, and no changes on the UCM servers.  Any suggestions?

Well I deleted then re-added the CUCM configuration and restarted the Phone tracking service on CER.  Took about 1 hour but it has now discovered the devices from UCM (about 2000) and appears to be reporting correctly now.
