We are running CER ver 7.0.1, (1 publisher and 1 subscriber). This morning, when we logged in to the publisher (web interface) and we got the following message:
Did you get an answer to this question? I would first try restarting the CER service in the control center, else a reboot should force it to become active again. If that does not work, you'll need to pull logs to see what is the cause.
