CER Subscriber license question

I recently installed a 7.0 CER server

with the proper licenses, however when i go to the Licensing information page on the publisher it indicates that the server has 0 subscriber licenses. I opened a tac case and the engineer mentioned that i needed a license file for the sub.

I had this two pak's that came with the order

SW-ER-7.0-7845-K9=

I registered one with the mac of the pub and one with the mac of the sub, however

when i try to upload the sub it gives an error that the host mac does not match the pub..

I had the license key rekey it but it got that error, now do i need a another type of order for sub?

One you have the license for the Sub. go to CER' sLicensemanager page, select sub from the dropdown and then select Upload and check.
