CER Testing and Serviceability issue

I am doing a greenfield deployment for UC. we are using 2 x CUCM 10.0 with 2 x CER 10.0. I have to test the environment and needed to know what services do I disable from the CER serviceability control center to have my Standby CER take over from the publisher/primary CER as i need to test 911 calls from both my CER.

Since you are doing version 10, i am guessing you are on VMware. I would disconnect the network for this specific host from VMware.
