Just a small information about cisco.
Alot of things that they say that is not supported are working fine, the only problem that in case you have a problem and you open a TAC case m they will kick the case out , so i always strongly recommends that you follow the SRND and the compatbility matrix (hardware and software) because in this case , cisco should help you in everyway they can.
