Change name of extension in self care portal 12.5

Hi All,

I got a question regarding the self care portal of CUCM 12.5

Currently we have a few users that use one (end user) account with three phones attached to that one account.

They use the self care portal to change the forwarding numbers in the extensions.

Recently I got the question if it is possible to give the extensions in the self care portal names instead of only the extension.

Can someone tell me if this is possible and where I can configure this in the CUCM?

You can try the show line label under the enterprise parameters, the parameters from that section are all you get to control what shows or doesn't show in the self care portal.

It seems like this is impossible.
