Changing CUAC license to another server

Hi Guys,

I want to ask if I licensed my CUAC in one server and later I need to shift CUAC to another server, Do I need to re-license again with new LAC? or I can re-license with the same LAC?

Hi Saeed,

You can use the same LAC which u got from Cisco but u need to have fresh registration key which u get after installing Attendnact application from HElp--Licensing .Further, u need to have re-host of licenses if u do any of below changes:

If you do any of the following to the server environment you must re-license the software with a new

Registration code:

• Reinstall the operating system on the same hardware

• Install a different operating system on the same hardware

• Add or remove certain hardware (such as an NIC card)

• Install the software on different hardware

• Install a different operating system

• Perform a major upgrade of Attendant Application.

And within a VM environment: copy a VM image.
