Changing the number of rings to 0 when calling voicemail

We have out "Messages" buton on our 7965s set to goto to our voicemail extension of 9800. We recently did a Unity upgrade and now when people press this button, the line rings twice before the voicemail lady answers. How can we change this so that it connects immediately?

There is no timer in CUCM to control how quickly the call goes to voicemail when you press the Messages button, it is controlled by the configuration. If you have SCCP integration make sure the voicemail ports in primary line group are registered, if you have SIP integration make sure the call goes to the primary UCXN server via the SIP trunk.
