Changing voicemail PINs and Passwords, and unlocking voicemail in PCP 10.x

I got a question from an SE about voicemail PIN/Password management and unlocking voicemail, and thought I would share the answer with the forum. Seems different functions do different things.  Some UIs are for global changes and some act on a specific voicemail box. The functions shown below work on PCP 10.0 and later revisions.

PIN/Password and voicemail unlock methods:

1. From the user's User Record, there is a link to Manage User's Passwords/PINs. The admin has a choice to change the PIN or Password for the users voicemail box(s) on a global level.  From this menu, if you change the voicemail PIN and if the user has multiple voicemail boxes, all with change at once.

2. From the user's User Record, there is a link to Personal Settings. This will bring up the end users PCP self-care portal for the admin. An end user would see the same thing if they logged into PCP self-care.  If the admin picks the user settings box, it will bring up a global voicemail reset button and will bring up the same Password and PIN functions described above in #1. From an end user standpoint, it is assumed that if the user had multiple voicemail boxes he/she probably would have no idea which to unlock or change the PIN/Password for so the portal acts across all the voicemail boxes (could be on same or different Unity Connection clusters) a user owns.  Self-care access to the Information UI below, or Password/PIN tabs is controlled by the Administration/Settings UI in the latest PCP rev or from the ipt.properties in earlier revisions of PCP.

3. Hovering next to a users voicemail in a User Record provides the following choices for a specific voicemail service. It acts only on this specific voicemail and has more options. Additionally, in the Hover menu, there is a choice to unlock the voicemail service.
