CIPC on Vista stuck after pressing the speaker button

Hi guys,

i am experiencing a very annoying issue...with CIPC 8.6.1 installed on a Vista system, everything works fine except that after pressing the speaker button the app freezes!

any of you had the same issue? Is that something that i should try to update? java?

I have maaaany others windows 7 client that are working perfectly.

Hi,

Try to upgrade your sound card drivers and see if issue gets resolved.
