I have seen the following document on the Cisco website;

Is there a "101" document anywhere that describes best practice first time configuration for "Cisco 12G SAS Modular BIOS Configuration Utility 5.10" for use with ESXi 6.0u2 and CUCM 11.5?

hi Jonathan,

After selecting CTRL-R and then F2 for Operations on the controller, I am unable to Select "Create Virtual Drive" It seams to be greyed out. Is that because the virtual drive has already been created?

Also for the C220-M4S,

1. Is it preferable to create 1 VD and add all 8 physical drives to that in the raid?

2. For best practice, which drive should be selected as the boot drive or does it matter?
