Hi guys,
do you know if Attendant Console Version 7.1.0_c works with CM 9.1?
Thanks.
Best regards

No, the legacy AC is only supported up to CUCM 7.X, higher releases do not have any of the config elements, nor services related to that AC.

The legacy AC is not available to download from CCO, you can only download it from the CUCM server.
CUCM 8.X and above have the CUxAC options, you can find all the info on CCO.
You'll require separate HW for it.

Hi Jamie,
thanks for the reply.
Do you have a link from cisco where I can find this one?
What should I use with CM 9.1 instead of AC? is there an upgrade version?
Thanks.

Hi,
I would have a short question.
is the CUAC Premium Edition the same thing as Arc Enterprise Attendant Console?
I see that four replacement offers are available: CUxAC and Arc Enterprise Attendant Console, but on the cisco.com/go/ac there are these options: CUxAC and CUAC Premium Edition.
Thanks.
