Hi,
Customer has Cisco Attendant Console working with CUCM 7.1.3.
We are going to upgarde from CUCM 7.1.3 to 8.5
Will Attendant Console work with 8.5

Which Attendant Console? The free plugin that comes with CUCM? If so, unfortunately that has been discontinued since version 8.0 and customer will need to purchase either Cisco OEM (from ARC) Attendant Console or another 3rd party product, i.e. VistaPoint, etc.

Chris is right on the on, If you were to go with ARC, there are 3 different flavors of the console depending on size of Users, Queues etc.
CUDAC- Departemental, CUBAC - Business and CUEAC - Enterprise.
