Cisco CME 10.5 with SIP 8841 Multiple calls issue

Hi

i have cisco cme 10.5. 8841 sip phones are registered with cme. Issue i am facing is phone cannot handle multple calls? How do i check What is the issue? For Extention to Extension call, Phone gives busy signal for 2nd call. For Outside PRI call, Phone shows a long tone but the call doesnot land on extension.

Help!!!

Hi Amjad,

Can you change the busy-trigger-per-button 1 to busy-trigger-per-button 2 under voice register pool 1 , reset the phone and test.

No its still the same. Even extensions see it busy. can you tell me how to configure multiple lines on 8841 phone? Following is what i did?

voice register pool  1

number 1 dn 1

number 2 dn 1

number 3 dn 1

where dn 1 and 13 have same extension number 601.
