Cisco CME, TCL script - one way audio issue after attending the call followed by IVR Options.

Hello,

 

I am facing one way audio issue for incoming calls through TCL Script with a customer. Call flow as below,

 

Caller--> STC-SIP-->CME-->TCL Script with AA -->Extension

 

When somebody calls to the Company number from outside, the call is hitting to the IVR Script and the IVR plays. There are options like , Press 1 for SALES, 2 for Accounts and Zero for operator.

 

When the caller presses 1 or 2, the call is directed to queue and MOH is being played. The same time, the extension linked to the desired option is ringing. When the call picked up from the extension, The caller is unable to hear the voice, but the called party is able to.

 

Ie, The audio out is not working.

 

When the caller choose dial-by-extension option, then dials an extension, Both way audio is working.

Also there is no issue for the Outgoing calls.

 

 

Any help will be highly appreciated.
