Hi, i have a requirement for Cisco Collaboration solution that covers 80 licenses, comes with one Call manager, 60 phones including 10 executive class touch screen phones.
The system should have features like CFA, MWI, DND, EML, Hunt group, device mobility.
Please help me preparing Bill of Materials with above requirements.
If you are a partner you can request with partner support and they can help you on BOQ. AFAIK only DX series are the Touch phone models Available.
This is not something you should need to ask in a forum for help with. If you are to provide this to a customer you, or someone at you're company, should know how to do this. All else is just not serious.
As mentioned, if you're a partner, you should be reaching out to pre-sales for this.
If you're an end customer, you should be reaching to a local Cisco partner WITH voice specializations to discuss your needs, and then they can let you know what the best option would be for you based on your requirements.
If you have never deployed Cisco UC, then it's also in your best interest to have the partner or a reputable consultant to assist with the design and configuration.
