Cisco Conductor API connection Issue

Hi,

We're developing a program that contacts the Cisco Conductor (2.3) via API.

We have created an user API on Concuctor enabled & active.

When I try to use this account to contact the Conductor we receive the following error "Fault 201: Request received from unknown IP address. Factory Request IP 127.0.0.1 Factory source IP 10.14.50.111".

IP 10.14.50.111 is the CPU that manage the API connection.

Thanks

Fabio

Hi Fabio,

Check the firewall rules maybe and more pricesely the user-configured rules :

The user-configured rules are typically used to restrict what can access the TelePresence Conductor. You can:
- Specify the source IP address subnet from which to allow or deny traffic.
- Choose whether to drop or reject denied traffic.
- Configure well known services such as SSH, HTTP/HTTPS or specify customized rules based on transport protocols and port ranges.
- Specify the priority order in which the rules are applied.

Hope that helps!

Hi,

Thanks for feedback.

Firewall is disabled.

We've also tried to enable it but nothing has changed.

Fabio
