Cisco CUBE SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized Error Message

I am trying to configure CUBE with VoIP.MS ITSP service provider. With a Debug CCSIP trace, I it looks like I am receiving a 401 unauthorized error.  I was hoping someone could help diagnose the issue. I have talked with the ITSP and said it was beyond their scope to help with configuration assistance with CUBE.

Does the provide require authentication, and did they provide you any credentials? Posting your config would help as well.

Thank you for the response. Yes, I have credentials username/password from the ITSP. I have attached the CUBE router configuration and a basic network diagram.

It's quite normal with an authenticated trunk to get these 401 errors, but the error message should provide realm and some other stuff that allows your CUBE to send the proper credentials.  Can you post the actual debugs?
