Anyone completed Cisco CUCM and CUC upgrade 12 to 12.5.

Please send a complete example configuration as best practice, apart from official configuration guide.

After reading all of the above, you'll have all the information to plan the upgrade. 

Have no idea what you mean by "complete example configuration as best practice", everything you would need, will be in the above.
