Could anyone share the cisco call manager required image 8.0.3.20000-2 and the upgrade path images as i cannot find them at this portal

All 8.x versions are long EOL/EOS, that's why none of them are available for download and the documentation has been removed. If you're upgrading to a newer release you'll have to use PCD migration.

You can try TAC or your SE as last resorts for the image.
