hello everybody we have our customer working on CME 8.6 & CUE it´s been working for a few years with E1 trunk directly connected to cisco 2921 with CME and CUE AA on CUE answers the call and you can dial any extension so the CUE forwards the call but now we have changed E1 trunks for SIP trunk calls enter CUE AA but when dialing any extension call is dsiconnected also with E1 trunks when no answer during AA greetings after a few seconds you were forwarded to an operator now call is disconen
