Cisco Extension Mobility - File Not found

Hello ,

I have a cucm 12.5 and working with IP phone 7811, I can login with no issue to my EXM, the issue is when I want to logout I get the error ,  "Error File Not Found" I check the Link for the Phone services and is the same I have for other clientes.  I did a test with a IP Communicator and the error I get "HTTP Error 404"

I Have seen host  not found but file not found  I never faced. is it correct that you are getting error file not found? for the URL  are you using  hostname or IP address ?
