Hi,
We have a problem in some Cisco IP Phones 7936, the DN has dissapeared and the phone show the error: Error Pass Limit.
I have found the next, but it is not possible to change Maximum Number of Calls and Busy Trigger parameteres:
- Cisco Ip phone 7936 firmware: cmterm_7936.3-3-20-08.5.1
- CUCM version: 8.5.1
Please, could you help me?

Do factory reset you will need a power brick. Before you try a reset procedure try discoonecting a handset from the phone.
Sometimes that cause problem as well.

Usually this is a byproduct of the DN missing from the device or not being on the Line 1 position. If the device is registered, look at the left column and verify the DN is correctly shown in the Line 1 slot. If not, correct the DN placement and reset the device.
