Please, I am recommending a cloud implementation of cisco IVR for a customer. But the customer's main concern is security. How their data can be secured in the cloud.
I want to know if there is or there has been any security incidence recorded with regard to this architecture.
I also want to know if there is a hybrid cloud implementation for the cisco IVR.
