Cisco Jabber cannot connect to " Phone services"

Hi all,

 

end users are able to login at Cisco Jabber, but they are receiving a message cannot connect to Phone services.

Dont know what the reason is.

 

anybody some ideas?

I've got it fixed , i had to apply owner user id in csf client profile.
close jabber completely, set jabber again, login and it was fixed.

I had to put in the Mobility User ID and choose the Primary Phone on ccm CSF phone
