1. I see a high packet loss. almost 86%. you could hardly hear anything with that much packet loss. as out of ever 10 pckets 8.6 packt are droppd.

2. Try changing the network from 3g/4g to wifi or fiber because some isp block 5060. like (saudi Arabia)

use VPN and thn login jabber using MRA.

Hi Ammar,

I just checked with WiFi and it's working fine for me.

Means, UAE also block 5060 now :-(

Please advise what is the workaround now to fix it over ISP mobile data?

Thank you a lot.

In Gulf they have blocked Skype, Line, imo and many other apps.

only work around is to use Internet with VPN n then use jabber from internet.

Hi ammar,

This is really disappointing by gulf as we have enterprise solution...

If we change ports from 5060/5061 to unknown ports then it will work?

what do you think?

depends on what kind of inspection the ISP is doing. mostly they have very sophisticated firewalls.

if its 5060/5061 ports only then it will work if u change the port.

if its  RTP packet inspection then changing the port might not give desired result.

still u can try and keep us posted.
