Cisco Jabber - only phone numbers displaying

Good morning,

We are using cisco jabber and some users are having issues with names wrongly displayed. They only have their phone numbers dislaying.

Is there any workaround to solve this, avoiding to re generate a windows profile ,

I have attached the solution hope your issue will get fix.

Go to Device à Phone search for the user you are getting the issue Select the user

Click on Line on your left side

Give the name which you want to display on the phone on both place.
