Hi Jaime Valencia,
i am configured those steps.
1.- Install CUCM
2.- Install IM&P 08:22
3.- Install Active Directory
4.- Configure Active Directory
5.- LDAP sync from Active Directory
6.-AXL Group
7.-CTI Group
8.-Add Users to Group
9.- CSF Device
10.- UC Services
11.-SIP Trunk
12.-Configure IM&P Server
15.-Jabber for Windows
I am checked UC services, and SIP TRUNK, but this is my first time configuring CUCM and IM presense.

Does the CSF name of the Device match the Username of the User logging into Jabber?
For example, if your username is jsmith then the Device name needs to be:
CSFJSMITH
I notice that the owner user id is set to bilegdemberel but the CSF name (although blanked out) does not seem long enough to be CSFBILEGDEMBEREL.
If this is not the issue, can you post a screenshot of the UC Service Profile and also the list of UC Services?
Thanks

That's the best practice, but that does not affect registration, and that would be beyond the 15 characters limit for the device name if they use that format with such long userID.

I'd suggest you double-check all of the settings in the integration and configuration are as explained in the guide, see
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PdH50_zp4wc&list=PLFuOESqSTxEvZChqWgAJanctohRMe99CR&index=2
Notice that the description links to two other videos where I start with the necessary config.
You can also look at a PRT to try and pinpoint the issue.
DNS issues are very common.
