cisco jabber using MRA - one way audio after 5-15 seconds

Only one user is having an issue with cisco Jabber version 12.9.1.303.973 - iphone 10.

Only some external numbers -  after some seconds there is one-way audio.

Expressways software version X8.11.4.

I tried with different users and for them, it is working fine.

Effected one user.

Recreate Issue and take logs. when taking logs take from both C and E. use the logs in log analysis and you will have more visibility about your issue.
