Cisco mediaSense troubleshooting ( NO RTP recive)

Hi guys 

i am new in cisco collaboration topic

we are using cisco CUCM 11.0. for voice solution and  we want to choosing cisco MediaSens for recording solution.

in lab environment i install cucm 11.0 and MS 11.5(1) for testing purpose.

my issue is i get "zero size track" in mediasens search and play section.

i double check every configuration.

i am sure every phone send their data (send/receive RTP) to mediasense server and i am sure the voice traffic is send to mediaserver ethernet port. i used port mirroring o capture phone traffic.

phone IP address : 192.168.71.12

mediasense server : 172.16.16.138

i user "show network status page" to see are these packet receive by Mediasense. the result is :

i suppose the RTP packets are not received by recording server ?

what should i do ?

i install new MS server but still have "zero size track" problem.
any idea..

i try the solution on this post MediaSense Zero Size Tracks error but my problem is not solved.

check every step in cisco mediasense user guide documentation.

i still get ERROR: Zero Size Tracks.

guys

is any option in SIP profile or Trunk configuration that could cause mediasense do not accept client Voice traffic ?
