Cisco Meetingplace 8 License problem

Hi

I have a problem

after i have installed Cisco Meetingplace 8 on 7835 I3 server i want to install our License file into the server

but i cannot start Cisco License manager server it gives me this error

Starting Meetingplace License Manager : [Warning] Starting Meetingplace Manager : require dependencies not satisfied. License file not found at path: /opt/cisco/meetinfplace/licenses/license,dat

Mettingplace Lisence manager is stopped

So please help me to solve this Error and to install the License file

Hi,

Can you please check if the DNS is working fine ? I remember having a case where we were not able to start the license manager because license manager was not to resolve the hostname of the server.

If it is working fine, can you please upload the license manager and infocap logs or otherwise open a TAC case.

Hi

DNS is working fine but i caanot restart the license manager service

when the service is restart it gives me this Warning

Starting MeetingPlace License Manager: [WARNING]

    required dependencies not satisfied.

    License file not found at path: /opt/cisco/meetingplace/licenses/license.dat

When i enter checklic command it gives me this response

no License file present - /opt/cisco/meetingplace/licenses/license.dat. Using Defaults.

Try to restart the service once again, gather the infocap for 5mins and upload it please.
