CIsco phones wont register for one user

Must of my users work from home and use ASA5505 to connect back to head office.  We have one user where the ISP had to change the static IP.  I updated it on the ASA and everything started working except now the desk phone and his IP comm wont register.  I called ISP and they say its now on there end.  I have tried deleting the phone and re-adding it but still not working.  Any thoughts what might be causing this issue?

Hey Matt,

One thing you can try is to ask the user to reboot the PC and update the TFTP settings again on his IPC.

Let us see if that resolves it..
