Cisco Presence - Message Archiver

Hello Guys,

We setup the Message Archiver on a RHEL platform. Couldnt do it on Windows postgres. It is working fine. But how do i retrieve chats now ? I searched and there were no support documents for this. PDI didnt help much as well..

Cisco do not provide any software for reading the database; just the ability to write it.

It's up to you to either find or write a small application to read it. This doesn't need to be complicated. We (Logicalis) have written an application we sell to our customers, but if you have any developers you might want to get them to put your own together.
