Hi
We have Cisco prime assurance 11.5 on production.
It discovered CUCM cluster, IP phones and Router Switches etc
Problem what we are facing is:
When we click on 360 degree view of one of discovered & Managed switch,
we are able to see green icon for managed status.
Top right corner, when we click "Associated Phones" is is not displaying anything, instead shows "not available"
Some of the switches it is showing all the associated Phones and status. Few switches only few phones are showing. I mean, if 10 phones connected to switch, then 360 view on switch "Associated Phones" shows only 2-3 phones..!!!
All the Cisco switches are configured with SNMP & CLI credential.
It is very challenging to work with Cisco Prime collaboration. It doesn't work properly.
Pls. suggest if anyone has solution for this issue.
