Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning IM&P process is stuck

Hi Team,


We are running a new installation of Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning 11.

I have initiated an infrastructure synchronisation on our Cisco Instant Messaging and Presence server.
It has been stuck in the 'Querying Presence Processor data' status for two days now. The progress bar is not moving past 1%.
I have restarted the server, performed a factory default, and manually stopped and restarted the PresenceProcessor service. However, none of this has worked.

all servers are accessible from Prime but only IM&P is not.

Manually i am able to login and access IM &P

Please assist
