I am not able to access syslog file its says file dont exits.
i change the write permission to the drive too.

You can list,view,tail and download files from CLI.
Do you see any error with RTMT application?
admin:file list activelog syslog/CiscoSyslog*
CiscoSyslog CiscoSyslog.1
CiscoSyslog.2 CiscoSyslog.3
CiscoSyslog.4
dir count = 0, file count = 5
admin:file list activelog syslog/message*
messages messages.1
messages.2 messages.3
messages.4 messages.ori
dir count = 0, file count = 6

yes rtmt is working fine but still not able to view syslogviewer .
