Cisco sip trunk cube problem

my system is  cucm 8.6.2 -s,ip to cisco 3925 router to sip to telco

I couln't call iphone to outside but ı can ringing outside to iphone but couldn't call 

ı added configuration and ccsip inout debug at the attached

Could you elaborate on the call flow?  Maybe something like this?  Phone <-> CCM <-> SIP Trunk <-> 3925 <-> PRI <-> carrier 
Then provide an idea of what calls are failing and in what direction?

I would also recommend you consider another set of dial-peers.

The red text indicates potential issue that could cause a loop.  You can limit this with the ^ and $ to note the start and end of a digit string but will only ever match the exact digit count between the two characters.  You may want to consider incoming uri and steering codes.

Ourproblem is when we try to call iphone to outsite no call enable.but outside to iphone we see timer callaing.iphone hear outside voice but outside couldn't hear iphone voice
