Cisco Smart Call Connector Database not updating

We are using the Cisco Smart Call Connector Manager along with the Operator panel. Its version is 2.02.007 .  The call router is a UC560 model. Recently I have noticed that the operator panel is not showing updated user information. This is obviously because the database is not updating as it should . I know you can modify the operator panel , but we should also be able to make changes on the cca and have it show on the operator panel. Any suggestions for getting things kickstarted again.
