Cisco Softphone Registration Error IN ASA UC proxy Setup

I am using An  ASA UC Proxy Setup For My remote user (Coming from Internet).

My phone is getting registered in my call manager through ASA UC proxy .

Everything is running properly in case of An IP Phone Over internet .

But when i am trying the same on my Soft phone then I am getting error . My cisco soft phone is not getting registered .

There is extra configuration required in this case or not .

So i would like to know , the configuration steps for the Soft phone on my ASA UC Proxy .

For the soft phone, how are you reaching the ASA over internet ? Is any VPN client used to connect ?

Cisco recommends AnyConnect VPN client along with ASA.

sir,

ASA UC PROXY Setup is used for .when we are coming over the internet .

there is no VPN client for it ............

one Cisco Ip phone over the internet is coming on asa uc proxy & getting registerd in call manager .

It is happening ............

i am asking for Cisco Soft phone ........

required extra certificate or extra configuration on asa ...

please share the same .........

Hi

What error you are seeing on ip phone.

To configure Cisco IP Communicator (CIPC) with the phone proxy, you must meet the following prerequisites:

•Include the cipc security-mode authenticated command under the phone-proxy command when configuring the phone proxy instance.

•Create an ACL to allow CIPC to register with the Cisco UCM in nonsecure mode.

•Configure null-sha1 as one of the SSL encryption ciphers.

Have you done all the above steps.
